A wholly owned subsidiary of Progressive Property Management, Inc., PPM Real Estate came into being in 1990 as a result of specific client requests. It offers buying, selling and leasing services not typically performed by property management firms. Its continued and growing success is based on three principles: integrity, loyalty to clients, and continuing education. Our clients are our best reference. PPM has grown comfortably and without effort in sales and leasing as a direct request by our client base.

Rent Collection Process

PPM supports the Landlord’s interests in maintaining a stable and current rent payment status with tenants through a positive and proactive account review and communication process that conveys concern for tenant business owners’ success and nurtures open communication. This approach incorporates an ongoing assessment, and early intervention if necessary, of tenant payment amounts and timing in order to minimize the occurrence of delinquencies and maintain a forecast on month-to-month individual tenant and overall property trends related to total rent payments.

PPM, Inc. is fully licensed to prepare real estate market analyses for our clients. In addition, we are experienced as consultants in the following areas:
